On August 14th, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for a 100,000 sq ft speculative building being built in the Marion County Industrial Park, something desperately needed if we ever hope to attract new industry. Economic development is extremely competitive, and without suitable buildings required by today's manufacturers, we're not even in the game. This spec building puts Marion County one step closer to new industrial growth opportunities.
